The Philippines or New Jersey?? Heheheh, that's a good one.

I spent seven days alone in the Philippines two months ago. I didn't go to Manila, though. I hid out on two beachy islands, Mactan and Panglao. Email me if you'd like more info!

I did notice something unusual...in the Philippines, the locals preferred to go swimming in their tighty-whities.

I have no idea how you worked that out from this posting, but yes I am too so keen on Red Meat. I also have no idea what a "blog twinkie" is, but I gather it means a more meaningful blog relationship than before. In that case I must admit I was thinking the same thing some days ago when I noticed your taste in music.

Anyhoo, you've prompted me to sort that out since it hasn't had an update in about 3 million years (which I'm not taking responsibility for because I wasn't even alive then). Still let me know what a twinkie is. Unless it's a fast vanishing cream filled sponge cake treat in chocolate, vanilla or strawberry.
 

Chocolate twinkies???? I am SO there. Unless there is only South Africa, because I am very clearly not there, nor will I be any time soon. Do chocolate twinkies exist? Oh my god. I need to work tech jobs that take me to the Southern Hemisphere.

(I don't even like twinkies that much. I don't know why I'm freaking out. As you can tell from my blog, I'm fascinated with "new" flavors of things.)

New Jersey is ok. I was in Newark for a while and its all hunky-dory. And you can take the NJ Transit into NYC if you want, so thats cool. I can imagine that the Phillipines would be great. Let me know what you decide... Ya... there isnt much beach in that part of the world (NJ) but Phillipines will satisfy your beach cravings if you have them.
